We are now offering under-arm breast implant surgery in Thailand. This latest technique of breast implant or breast augmentation surgery is still not popular in the USA as it is in Thailand because plastic surgeons require more skills and more time to perform and perfect this style of breast implant or breast augmentation surgery, it is also a lot more expensive in the USA and yields amazing results with no visible breast implant scars.

Because of Thailands skilled surgeons and its world renowned SRS sex reassignment surgery. We are proud to announce that our carefully selected plastic surgeons can perform this advanced breast implant or breast augmentation operation as one of our standard procedure from now on and thus leaving no visible scars and great looking breasts.

Breast implant surgery also known as breast augmentation mammoplasty, breast implant surgery, silicone gel implants, salene implants, breast enhancement or the tabloid press favourite boob job are to name but a few. But breast implants have certainly increased in popularity and acceptance in recent years and is our most sought after and commonly performed cosmetic surgery procedure to date at SaveMyEye.

Many women think their breasts may not have developed to a size that meets their expectations. Perhaps your breast loses volume and shape after weight loss or childbirth or aging. Breast implants can enhance your breast size and shape to give a more proportional figure. Breast implants can also be performed at any age after fully developed.

Cosmetic breast implant surgery gives you a lot of individualized options for changing the size and shape of your breasts. Surgical methods and breast-implant technology has improved dramatically in recent years. These days breast implant surgery is less invasive, with more options and because of improvements in surgical methods and breast-implant technology, this procedure has now become vastly refined, providing better post-surgical results than a few years ago.

Breast implant surgery is changing the shape of the world, once it was only a procedure affordable by the rich and famous, now thanks to International Medical standards and Medical Tourism it is now affordable to everyone and with the advantages of a holiday and complete privacy.

Recommended stay: Breast Augmentation or breast implant surgery in Thailand requires a minimum stay of 8 days in the country, this allows for a suitable recovery time and your follow up consultation to remove stitches.

Choices & Considerations

Breast implants come in many shapes and sizes. The type of breast implant that you choose for surgery should be based on your desired change in profile and cleavage. Factors include positioning, surface texture, shape, personal anatomy and other considerations.

The honest communication between yourself and our surgeons during the pre-operative consultaion will advise you on your options. It’s important to note that some people maybe not be good candidates for breast augmentation, these may include woman whose breasts are moderately or very droopy, but this can be determined before any travel dates or bookings to avoid any possible disappointments.

Our Breast Implants

SaveMyEye surgeons are only endorsed to use the finest in quality Breast implants which are manufactured in The netherlands (Europe) and meet all western standards.

Our gel breast implants with two types of shell surfaces: textured and smooth surface. the shell is textured to provide a disruptive surface for collagen interface and come in three degrees of cohesive filling material, the devices are available in a round shape with three different projections and in a contour shape of three different heights.

Personal Consultation

During your first personal consultation in Thailand our surgeon will advise you to try several sizes of real implants until they find the proper ones. There are many other things to select before the operation such as Silicone or Saline implants, Low or High profile, Round or Teardrop , Smooth or Texture surface, Location of implant ( above or under chest muscle) however this is usually straight forward and determined on your anatomy and what will look the best for you.

You will also notice that our SaveMyEye assistant manager and representatives have also chosen to undergo breast augmentation surgery with us and they will be more than happy to discuss or show you the stunning results . We certainly don’t promote any cosmetic or elective procedure we would never use ourselves, and rest assured we only want the best for our body and yours too, with no exceptions.

After surgery activities

You may perform light activities during the first week but you will not be able to raise your arms higher than the head and you may feel tired as your body learns to adjust and heal. You should certainly avoid lifting heavy luggage as the full recovery process takes a month after surgery before you can resume normal activities such as sport etc.

Taking the above into account and imagining a cosmetic surgery holiday and recovery process in Thailand with all your bags and luggage may seem a bit daunting, but please don’t despair! We are here to take care of everything, we do all the lifting and it’s important to note that our SaveMyEye representatives are also auxiliary nurse trained.

When you are ready to travel onwards to your chosen destination to relax, we can organize everything to ensure you are well looked after by the hotels and drivers.

We will also provide you with a private sim card and cell phone if needed so that you can call us any time of day or night in the event that you need a helping hand or some friendly advice.

One great thing you will notice whilst staying in Thailand is the service and hospitality you receive and of course Thailand is world renown for it’s service with a smile, and not just from our SaveMyEye team but hotels and staff in general, which of course makes Thailand the perfect location for a cosmetic surgery holiday.

“This doesn’t look like a hospital,” says Ruben Toral, showing me around. “It feels more like a hotel or an upscale mall.” After studying the gleaming lobby of Bumrungrad International for a minute or two, I’m inclined to agree. Americans in shorts recline across from Arab couples in flowing white dishdashas and black abayas, the latter accessorized with designer handbags and sunglasses. We’re in Bangkok in August, when even the asphalt is overripe and malodorous, but the only scent inside is a faint whiff of espresso from the Starbucks in the corner.

Toral is responsible for luring that cosmopolitan clientele here, thousands of miles from home, for a knee replacement or a triple bypass or even just a checkup. Before he arrived in 2001 as Bumrungrad’s marketing director, “we were a Thai hospital serving a Thai community,” he says. “Now we’re an international hospital that just happens to be in Thailand.”

Toral himself just happens to be a dead ringer for George Clooney, and he tells his story in similarly seductive tones. He’s still amazed, seven years later, that folks who have never set foot on a plane, let alone owned a passport, will log a 24-hour flight — in coach! — to put themselves in the care of a hospital whose name they can’t even pronounce. Overseas patients have more than doubled on his watch, to 430,000 in 2006, generating the majority of the privately owned hospital’s revenue. “It’s the high-school-cafeteria person,” Toral says. “The independent businessman, the doctor, the lawyer. They tell me, ‘We did the math. We can’t afford to pay $1,200 for insurance every month.’ ”

The phrase “medical tourism” was once used to describe early retirees jetting in to Bangkok or Bangalore to have a little work done before recuperating on the beach. That image doesn’t jibe with the numbers today. As many as half a million Americans streamed abroad last year in search of affordable alternatives for hip replacements or prostate surgery. And they went not for the postsurgical tanning but for the savings: up to 90% off the going rates in the United States. They went because 47 million Americans lack insurance and can’t pay for surgery to fix a bad back or clogged arteries. Or because they have insurance but can’t begin to pay the soaring deductibles a major surgery entails. They’re fleeing a system that is by far the most expensive in the world and growing more so by the hour, with diminishing returns in quality of care.

“Your options are paying $50,000 to $60,000 in the States or coming here and paying $8,000,” says Toral, an American raised in North Carolina. “That’s the difference between putting it on your credit card or going into bankruptcy.”

Bumrungrad treated 450,000 foreign patients last year – more than any other hospital in the world. Ruben Toral, Bumrungrad’s marketing director, says that medical tourism will eventually lead to medical outsourcing. “Your corporation, your insurer, your government could send you [to Bumrungrad] for surgery and make significant savings.” However, the trend is creating a backlash among physicians in the West, many of who voice serious concerns about the cleanliness of Thai hospital facilities and the level competency among Thai health care professionals.

To make the breast appear higher and reposition the nipple.

The procedure of Breast Lift Surgery / Mastopexy Surgery:

This procedure should be carried out by a surgeon with relevant skills and experience in an establishment registered with the Healthcare Commission. A breast uplift is a surgical operation which usually takes place under general anaesthetic, although some surgeons for some cases may use a combinations of local anaesthetic and sedation. The operation can last up to two hours and there are several techniques that can be used, all of which involve the removal of excess skin and a reshaping of the breast using the remaining skin. Some techniques also involve moving the areola (the brownish area around the nipple) into a higher position.

You will be required stay in hospital overnight, to take approximately two weeks off work to rest and should avoid lifting and physical exercise for about six weeks. It is important that the breasts are well supported by means of a firm dressing initially and then by a supportive bra. The sutures will be removed between seven and fourteen days and it is important to keep the incision sites out of the sun for one year.

The results of Breast Lift Surgery / Mastopexy Surgery:

Your breasts should appear higher, as will your nipples. Breast lifts are sometimes permanent, but the breasts may droop again as you get older, or if you become pregnant or put on weight.

The risks of Breast Lift Surgery / Mastopexy Surgery:?

The surgery leaves permanent scars which initially may be lumpy and red but which normally fade close to your natural skin colour over several months. These scars may be more noticeable, eg wider, if you smoke. The procedure may also leave you with breasts that are not both the same size, asymmetrical nipples, or a permanent nipple loss, or loss of feeling in your nipples or breasts. Whilst the surgeon will tell you if it is possible to correct any existing asymmetry, this may not always be possible.

Preparing For Your Breast Lift Surgery/ Mastopexy Surgery

Your surgeon will give you specific instructions on how to prepare for surgery, including guidelines on eating and drinking, smoking, and taking and avoiding certain vitamins and medications. Carefully following these instructions will help your surgery go more smoothly. If you smoke, it’s especially important to stop at least a week or two before surgery; smoking inhibits blood flow to the skin, and can interfere with healing.

You should arrange for someone to drive you home after your surgery. Plan to take it easy for a day or two after the procedure and arrange for assistance if you think you’ll need it.

Types of Anesthesia

Any surgery, no matter what technique is used, is usually performed using a local anesthesia along with sedation to make you relaxed and comfortable. Your scalp will be insensitive to pain, but you may be aware of some tugging or pressure.
General anesthesia may be used for more complex cases involving tissue expansion or flaps. If general anesthesia is used, you’ll sleep through the procedure.

After Your Breast Lift Surgery / Mastopexy Surgery

How you feel after surgery depends on the extent and complexity of the procedure. Any aching, excessive tightness, or throbbing can be controlled with pain medication prescribed by your physician.

If bandages are used, they will usually be removed one day later. You may gently wash your hair within two days following surgery. Any stitches will be removed in a week to 10 days. Be sure to discuss the possibility of swelling, bruising, and drainage with your surgeon.

Because strenuous activity increases blood flow to the scalp and may cause your

Weight loss, pregnancy and breastfeeding can also be contributory factors. A breast uplift, known as a mastopexy, is an operation to raise and re-shape your breasts.

During the breast lift operation, your surgeon removes excess skin from around the areola (the area of dark tissue surrounding the nipple) and sometimes from under your breasts. This creates a tighter cone of breast tissue and your nipple is moved to a higher position to give a more youthful and firm appearance. Breast lift surgery is carried out under a general anaesthetic and you will usually need to stay in hospital for a day or two following your mastopexy operation. You’ll also need to plan time off work so that you can relax and recover at home.

Risks And benefits?

All operations carry risks as well as benefits. The chance of complications following breast lift surgery depends on the type of operation and other factors such as your general health. Your consultant surgeon will explain how the risks apply to you..
